Our Office Policy

Bookings:

To secure your appointment, a $50 deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate your schedule. Your timely deposit guarantees your spot and helps us commit to our practitioners' schedules.

Late Arrivals:

We respect your time and aim to provide services promptly. We kindly request that you arrive promptly for your appointment to avoid inconvenience. In the event of a late arrival, we will do our best to accommodate your full service; however, please be aware that tardiness may result in a shortened session to respect the schedules of our clients.

Cancellations:

Life happens, and we understand that plans may need to be adjusted. If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients and adjust our schedules accordingly. Appointments canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time may result in a forfeiture of the $50 deposit.

Payments:

For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment, including cash, credit, and debit cards. Payments are due at the time of service. Our team is here to assist you with billing inquiries and ensure a seamless payment process.
